Hi I'm Bren and I own "Living Away Short Stays". I am a dedicated property owner and manager of 6 short - term rental properties. Previously I was a food editor, writer and food stylist for 20 years and managed a team of 5 for a large publishing company. Now, I love working in hospitality.! A keen cook and traveller means I put guest experience at the forefront of what I do and constantly review what I provide in the properties and our processes for communication and cleanliness so that we retain the consistency that guests know we deliver. When you book, I will personally be on hand for you at any time you need assistance or for any information 24/7. I have created Guest Guides for each property so you'll have all the information for your stay at hand. I would say guests' safety is one of the most important things to me and I've recently received the accreditation from Sure Host which means our properties pass the highest standards of safety. Your comments and feedback are at the heart of what drives me to ensure the properties exceed expectations for the guests and anything that is within my control to change or improve, will always be done. I work with a dedicated team of housekeepers who specialise in short term rental cleans and maintenance contractors so we can always tackle any property issues as quickly as possible.
