This is a ground floor studio apartment providing a living space with a double
sofa-bed with its own bathroom and flat-screen TV.
There is a clothes rail with hangers provided for hanging clothes.
The apartment has its own bathroom with shower and hair dyer, flat-screen TV,
dining table for four, crockery, glasses, kitchen with cooker hob, oven,
microwave, washing machine, toaster, cooking utensils, kettle and fridge-freezer.
Freshly-cleaned linens and complimentary toiletries are provided.
The entire apartment space is yours to enjoy during your stay with us. Yours is
one of four apartments in the building. There is a common front door leading to
the door to your apartment, which is clearly labelled.
There are a variety of shops from the smaller corner-shops to supermarkets
(Morrisons and ALDI) and eateries nearby. Bedford St. John train station is a 5-
minute walk away and there are bus stops a stone throw away from the property.
Both the university campus and retail park are about a five-minute drive away in
opposite directions.
Commuting is easy with Milton Keynes 18 miles, Cambridge 30 miles and
Northampton 22 miles away. The nearest airport is London Luton, which is 21
miles away.
There is no parking on-site, but there is free parking on the street from from
18:00- 6:00 every day with FREE parking all day Sunday.
Our professional cleaners will service and disinfect the apartments once a week
for guests staying for 7 days and below for an additional cost of £29. For any
stays longer than one week, this service will be provided at the end of the stay
but cleaning and disinfectant products will be provided to cover the duration of
the guests’ stay.
