Svelte Living introduces a modern 3 bed town house close to the city centre,
being a mere 0.7 miles and 15 minute walk to Birmingham New street station
and Five Ways Station. Edgbaston cricket club is close by and Birmingham
Airport is 11km away.
In light of Covid 19, we are following the government guidelines on hygiene and
leaving 72 hours in between stays.

Svelte Living’s town house which has been designed for the interior driven
traveller, boasts a living space of 1125 square foot and has a private front

entrance, which leads into the hallway with a toilet on the left and a well-
equipped kitchen on the right. Further down into a tastefully decorated living

room and dinning area with French doors that lead into the patio/garden.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. On the
second floor there is a huge bedroom with an en-suite, a lounge area and a
dressing area. This room contains a smart TV, a twin bed and a sofa bed. It
encompasses the whole top floor.
